Denise is a qualified Sun-power Yoga & Yoga Alliance 200hrs teacher who teaches in and around Birmingham and the North Warwickshire area. Her classses are fun and flowing and suitable for beginners and more experienced students alike. Denise is passionate that everybody, no matter what age they are or how flexible they are, can benefit from bringing Yoga in to their life.
Denise has trained with Jan Wilding (British Wheel FC1&2) and Anne-Marie Newland (Sun-power-Yoga)
